You don’t want to donate online? Here are other ways you can donate and create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live in and enrich their communities.

Cash Gifts

  • You can send a donation by mail directly from your bank (can be recurring) or personally write a check to Pleasant View, Inc and mail to:

  • Find out if your employer has Workplace Matching Gift opportunities.  Workplaces we know that have Matching Gift Plans include Sentara Health, Hershey Foods Corporation, Wal-Mart Foundation, Merck & Co., Inc, and Cargill Incorporated.  Your gifts can make double the impact.

Non-Cash Gifts

  • You can include Pleasant View, Inc. in your will or trust, name Pleasant View, Inc. as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy, or take advantage of other giving opportunities, you can preserve your assets now and support for years to come.  Your gift will have a lasting impact.
  • Gifts of Stock may be transferred to Pleasant View easily.  Contact Pam Miller, Development Director, at pmiller@pleasantviewinc.org with any questions.
  • As a Charitable Organization, Pleasant View, Inc. can receive your gifts mailed directly from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF) or your Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your IRA.  Our EIN number is 54-0887738.  You can have the checks mailed to the address above.  
  •  Gifts In-Kind, Property or Real Estate are welcome as long as these gifts fit within Pleasant View’s stated mission and Gift Acceptance Policy.  Contact Pam Miller with any questions.
